Shipping Policy

If you place your order before 12 PM MST Monday through Friday, we will ship your order on the same day.

We ship all products other than vape cartridges via USPS.

Vape products will be shipped UPS with adult direct signature (21+) required.

All shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed.

If you have been issued a tracking number, the order was shipped out. If it was not scanned by USPS or UPS as picked up, this is a known issue where it does not scan until it reaches the distribution center in your city.

If your order does not deliver and it is returned to sender, the 20% restocking fee and shipping fee is non-refundable.

If after placing an order, you realize you have entered your address incorrectly, please reach out to [email protected] to get this corrected ASAP. We cannot guarantee that the address can be corrected because it automatically goes to our fulfillment center and starts processing. Please always double check your address before completing your order. If you live in an apartment, suite, or lot, this MUST be included or it will get sent back to us.

Please understand that if your order does ship to the wrong address and gets returned to us, it will be your responsibility to cover shipping the item again. If you wish to refund instead, you are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
